The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to affect international travel. Many countries have closed their borders or restricted entry to travelers. Any country may further restrict travel or bring in new rules at short notice. Follow this how you can prepare for trip
1. Contact embassy and airlines
Make sure you understand and follow all airline and destination requirements related to travel, testing, or quarantine. If you do not follow your destination’s requirements, you may be denied entry and required to return to the origin.
2. Get Tested Before Your Flight
Several airlines require passengers ages two years and older to prepare a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test up to 72 hours before departure. Some destination may require another test or different period for example China will be required to take COVID-19 RT-PCR and IgM anti-body tests up to 48 hours before departure.

3. Protect yourself during your trip
You may have been exposed to COVID-19 on your travels. Regardless of where you traveled or what you did during your trip. Avoid crowds and keep social distancing (2 meters) from anyone who did not travel with you. Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when in public settings. Masks are required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation. Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
